Apple Stusel Muffins

1 Cup Wheat Flour

1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Applesauce
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Dry Powdered Milk
1 1/4 Teaspoons Vanilla
1 1/2 Cups Apples, Shredded or Chopped

Cinnamon Topping:
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Butter, Melted

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Grease muffin pan.  In a large bowl beat together butter, sugar, and eggs until smooth.  Mix in vanilla.  Stir in apples and then gradually blend in the flour mixture.  Spoon into prepared muffin pan.  In a small bowl mix brown sugar, flour and cinnamon.  Cut in butter until the mixture is like coarse crumbs.  Sprinkle over the tops of the batter.  Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
