Cheese Ball
2 8-oz. Cream Cheese
1 9-oz. Cheddar Cheese
1 9-oz. Montory Jack Cheese
1 Medium Brown Onion, Finely Chopped
1 Small Green Pepper, Finely Diced
1 Teaspoon Season Salt
Walnuts, Diced
Mix all ingredients. Roll cheese ball in diced walnuts. Refrigerate.
(Makes 2 large cheese balls.)

Homemade Pizza Dough
2 Packages Active Dry Yeast
2 Cups Warm Water
2 Teaspoons of Sugar
4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons of Salt
5 Cups of Flour
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients and beat vigorously (about 20 strokes). Let dough rise/rest for 5 minutes. Lightly grease cooking sheet. Add sauce and toppings! Bake for 20-25 minutes.
