Laundry Detergent
4 Cups Hot Water
1 Bar Fels Naptha
1 Cup Washing Soda
1/2 Cup Borax
Grate bar of fels naptha. Melt greated soap in hot water. Fill a 5 gallon bucket half full with hot tap water. Add the melted soap, washing soda, and borax. Sir well. Fill bucket to the top with more hot tap water. Stir. Cover and let it sit over night. Stir it up again. Fill laundry container half way with soap and then fill with water. Shake well before each use. Makes 10 gallons.
Front Load = Use 1/4 cup (640 loads)
Top Load = Use 5/8 cup (180 loads)

Chicken Casserole
2 Cans Chicken
1 Can Mixed Vegetables
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Evaporated Milk
1-2 Boxes Prepared Stuffing
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a casserole dish. Evenly spread prepared stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Pumpkin Bread
3 Tablespoons Dry Powdered Eggs
1 Cup + 2 Tablespoons Water
1/2 Large Can pumpkin
3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil OR 1/4 Cup Applesauce
3 Tablespoons Dry Powdered Milk
2 Cups Wheat Flour
1 Cup White Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 1/4 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1-2 Cups Mini Chocolate Chips
Beat the pumpkin, egg powder, milk powder, sugar and water together until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients together and then pour into heavily greased and floured bread loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-6- minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Buttermilk Pancakes
2 Cups Buttermilk
2 Eggs
4 Tablespoons Oil
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
2 Cups Flour
3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
3/4 Teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients and cook!

Apple Stusel Muffins
1 Cup Wheat Flour
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Applesauce
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Dry Powdered Milk
1 1/4 Teaspoons Vanilla
1 1/2 Cups Apples, Shredded or Chopped
Cinnamon Topping:
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Butter, Melted
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease muffin pan. In a large bowl beat together butter, sugar, and eggs until smooth. Mix in vanilla. Stir in apples and then gradually blend in the flour mixture. Spoon into prepared muffin pan. In a small bowl mix brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until the mixture is like coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the tops of the batter. Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
